We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Brand Engagement Coordinator with proven B2B lead generation experience to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data and strategic marketing — crafting and executing integrated campaigns that attract, engage and convert business decision-makers.
This position will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital marketing engine, while simultaneously supporting overall marketing efforts in a highly collaborative team environment. From content development and paid media management to UX strategy and email automation — this position will have an impact on every part of the funnel, working closely with sales, marketing and leadership to drive measurable growth through qualified lead development.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Demand Generation
Plan, launch and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive targeted B2B lead gen.
Continually refine audience targeting, creative decisions, keyword selection and funnel strategy to improve conversion rates and balance cost-per-lead metrics.
Content Strategy & Creation
Creatively support a content roadmap that aligns across key business segments, pain points and funnel stages.
Collaborate on high-quality content — including ads, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and customer success stories, videos, webinars, emails, downloads, etc. — that supports SEO and lead generation goals.
Website & SEO Optimization
Oversee ongoing improvements to the website with a focus on UX, conversion optimization, SEO best practices and tailored landing pages.
Lead a backlink-building strategy to improve domain authority and organic traffic in the B2B IT consulting space.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management
Work in the CRM (Zoho) to manage lead lifecycles, track campaign attribution and support segmented email workflows based on client journey mapping and target attributes (industry, size, behavior, etc.).
Track, analyze and regularly report on KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality and pipeline health.
Strategic Initiatives & Brand Positioning
Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging and brand positioning opportunities in a competitive B2B tech ecosystem to ensure a consistent and engaging presence across touchpoints.
Identify strategic partnership opportunities and co-marketing initiatives with complementary organizations or platforms.
