We are seeking a skilled, multi-role, self-motivated Marketing Administrator that will join our team. This person must have superb skills in marketing strategies, campaign creation and execution, and analyzing marketing effectiveness. Daily duties include marketing campaign management and implementation.  Weekly duties such as digital marketing, email marketing, direct mailing, social, online ad campaigns, preparation of monthly newsletter, client satisfaction surveys and follow-ups, and other marketing related activities.

* Execute company marketing strategies
* Prospect for new accounts through disciplined marketing activity
* Create production of marketing materials and literature
* Coordinate production of a wide range of marketing communications
* Write articles and promotional material for the company
* Prepare interesting written copy for the website
* Upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites
* Creation and distribution of presentations including pitch decks
* Manage and Host webinars 
* Staying in touch with customers after the sale to ensure that they are satisfied
* Gathering customer ideas for product and service improvements and conveying them to the appropriate departments
* Produce additional marketing communications such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects
* Track and measure online activities and marketing campaigns
* Assist with production of artwork, source images and check copy
* Track competitor activity by being up to date with market changes and marketing mix used by competitors
* Research, plan and implement campaigns to support the brand
* Increase brand awareness, provide inbound traffic and boost the adoption of relevant social media techniques
* Responsible for management of social media presence on all relevant platforms
* Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc.
* Observe the effective impact of all marketing efforts, and study, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns
* Liaise with external agencies to ensure they have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy
* Update marketing activities and client data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database
* Respond to sales inquiries via website, social media, etc.
* Create, Execute, & Measure marketing campaigns to increase sales revenue
* Attend weekly office meetings and sales team meetings with manager and inside sales
* Attend business expo and other b2b events to promote company and increase sales opportunities
* Proactively learn our business and continually sharpen your marketing skills
* Understand industry technical language and industry trends
* Meet or exceed goals & metrics
 
Required Skills/Experience: 
* Preferred two years of B2B marketing experience
* Prior marketing experience is preferred
* High School Diploma/GED required; College education preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign)
* Experience using a CRM, Publisher, and other productivity software tools is preferred
* Successful track record that demonstrates effective execution of a sales activity plan
* Must have in depth knowledge of different social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
* Must have good technical understanding and ability to use new tools quickly and must have SEO knowledge and understanding
* Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
