We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategies and strengthen our brand in the applicant tracking platform industry.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Marketing Manager, you will ideate, develop, and implement campaign designs, customer-facing communications and marketing materials. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with CRM systems, SEO, web analytics tools, and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote applicant tracking system solutions, services, and products.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
Coordinate events such as webinars, trade shows, and customer appreciation programs.
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Lead branding efforts, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
Stay updated on hiring trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
