Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of student information systems, billing software, and financial regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
Ability to analyze financial data, generate reports, and provide recommendations.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with financial aid processes, student account management, or Blackbaud Tuition Management is a plus.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional interaction with students, parents, and staff.
A fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and attention to detail.
Some evenings or weekends may be required during peak billing periods.
Compensation and benefits are competitive, with an anticipated annual salary range of $55,000 to $ 65,000
