CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ($15 - $18/hour)

Position overview:
The Harris Products Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Inside Sales department. In this role, you will support sales efforts and expand your technical knowledge by performing essential duties and responsibilities such as taking new and existing customer calls, processing orders, providing quotes, assisting customers in navigating our website, and working cross-functionally to fulfill customer and departmental expectations.

Qualified candidates should be customer-focused and possess:
· A High School Diploma or GED and one to three months of related experience and/or training;
Associate’s degree with two years’ related training/experience preferred.
· A passion for establishing/building rapport while providing exemplary customer service.
· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel); SAP experience preferred.
· Accurate and timely data entry skills with a strict focus on data integrity and confidentiality.
· Efficient ability to create, manage, and maintain accurate and detailed files.
· Interest and ability to learn technical aspects of our products and applications.
· Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams while promoting a safe and supportive environment.
· Strong problem solving skills with ability to provide creative solutions to customer issues and handle rejection.
· Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills with ability to multi-task.
