We’re looking for new team members that are ready to jump in and take part in multi-functional roles that provide marketing content creation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis!
We are looking for 1-2 new team members to join our Lafayette-based office and help us grow and build the IntelliHire & Accent brands through creative storytelling, targeted campaigns, and consistent brand management.
From day one, you’ll contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting in the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. This includes the development of long- and short-form content for a variety of internal and external audiences on print and digital platforms: email, website, social media, video, brochures, ads, and more.

The Marketing Team day-to-day
The Marketing Coordinator will be part of a team and will help contribute to:
Website Management / SEO optimization / Digital Advertising
- Research and plan blog posts to improve SEO and engage new/existing customers
- Monitor keyword rankings and SEO performance
- Stay current with industry trends/ news/topics and create relevant material
- Prepare interesting content for website
- Design landing pages & site maintenance
Social Media Content Creation and Management
- Research and plan posts to engage new/existing customers
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends
- Plan and maintain content calendars with tech relevant information
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
- Engage with other business pages & community members
- Generate, edit, and publish engaging content daily while maintaining consistent brand voice
Ensure Consistent Brand Identity
- Continuously improve company appearance through the creation of consistent imaging, graphics, and text
- Ensure all internal and external materials are in line with brand guidelines
- Assist in brand identity, employer branding, & team building projects with HR including but not limited to helping with company events, in-house branding, team messaging, company materials
Sales Materials & Event Planning
- Update Sales presentations & graphics
- Create & source booklets, brochures, & flyers
- Write & distribute press releases
- Create & source promotional & customer acquisition materials
- Exhibition-related projects/materials
- Plan & attend B2B networking events, trade shows, and business expos to promote company and increase sales opportunitieso Identify & plan areas to help the community to build brand reputation & awareness
Campaign Management
- Assist in campaign strategies to define audience, goals, metrics, & execution
- Content creation, sourcing, & distribution planning for print and digital campaigns
- Assist in evaluating metrics & engagement & performance reports
- Update CRM post campaigns with accurate lead data
- Create engaging campaigns to engage customers and build brand/customer loyalty
