Description:

Primary Goal:

At its core, this role is about design and storytelling — creating compelling, visually engaging and brand consistent content that resonates with our audience and supports our business goals. You’ll shape narratives through graphics, layouts, written content and campaign collateral that bring ideas to life and make complex concepts simple.

Layered on top of this creative foundation, you’ll also bring the added strength of leveraging digital channels — extending the reach of our collective work, optimizing performance across SEO, paid and social channels, and driving measurable growth in engagement, leads, and brand authority.

This is a highly collaborative role: you’ll work alongside marketing, sales and leadership to create ideas and campaigns, support revenue efforts, and ensure the brand consistently shows up with both creativity and impact.

Skills:

Core Responsibilities

Creative & Design (Required)

  • Design and produce marketing assets across digital, print, and social (presentations, reports, infographics, ads, web visuals, one pagers).

  • Develop and manage a content pipeline (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, sales collateral).

  • Ensure messaging and brand identity are consistent across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into engaging creative outputs.

Storytelling & Content Development (Required)

  • Craft clear, compelling narratives for campaigns, customer success stories and thought leadership across print, digital and audio/video mediums.

  • Help give the brand a voice and visual style that resonates with target personas.

  • Adapt content to different channels and formats — from longform to shortform, from copy heavy to fully visual.

Digital Amplification (Preferred)

  • Optimize content for SEO and discoverability.

  • Support digital campaigns with creative assets (social graphics, ad designs, landing page content).

  • Use analytics to measure how creative content performs and recommend adjustments.

  • Contribute to funnel optimization with conversion focused design and messaging.

What Makes You a Fit

  • Required: Strong visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar), excellent writing/editing ability, and experience developing multiformat marketing assets.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, marketing analytics and social/paid media platforms.

  • Bonus: Video, motion graphics or frontend/web design skills.

  • Collaborative mindset — excited to build, iterate and cocreate with a team.

KPIs

  • Volume, quality, and engagement of creative content produced.

  • Consistency and quality of brand expression across assets.

  • Organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements (for SEO-focused content).

  • Conversion lift driven by content + creative.

  • Lead generation.

Skills & Experience

Required (Non-Negotiable):

  • Strong design skills with a professional portfolio (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable).

  • Excellent writing, editing and content creation abilities.

  • Proven ability to translate brand/technical concepts into compelling campaigns and storytelling opportunities.

  • Experience developing marketing collateral across formats (digital, print, sales enablement).

Preferred / Bonus:

  • Working knowledge of AISO/SEO, SEM and digital marketing best practices.

  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, etc.)

  • Familiarity with managing paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).

  • Basic video editing, motion graphics or multimedia content skills.

  • Understanding of conversion funnels and funnel-driven design/copy.

Who You Are

You’re a creator, a strategist and a doer. One foot in the design, one foot in the data. And if you had a third foot, it would undoubtedly be in the narrative behind the stories we shape together.

You thrive wearing multiple marketing hats, but always keep the focus on driving pipeline, brand authority and measurable impact. You can optimize conversion paths in the morning and interview a customer for a success story in the afternoon. You have an eye for brand consistency and a knack for making complex ideas look and sound simple.

You thrive on bringing ideas to life — whether that’s a video testimonial, a landing page or a paid ad — and you love seeing numbers around how creative work translates into business impact.

You want to know how content performs, which creative converts and how campaigns pull prospects deeper into the funnel. You’re versatile, intuitively curious and energized by the iterative process that is marketing.
