Description:

This role is responsible for efficiently scheduling and dispatching service orders to a team of technicians. They will monitor the progression of jobs and coordinate necessary actions to ensure timely completion. The person in this role will interact directly with customers, addressing inquiries and issues, providing updates and information on service orders and schedules as needed.

Daily duties will include inputting and tracking service orders in the company's database system, prioritizing service calls based on urgency and importance, dispatching orders to appropriate technicians, and following up to monitor progress until completion. This role also involves direct customer engagement, from managing inquiries and complaints to updating customers about their service order status.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills. They should be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure. A strong customer service orientation is necessary, along with basic computer skills, including a familiarity with dispatch software and databases. Experience in a similar service dispatch role is preferred, but not required as training will be provided. The candidate must display a high level of adaptability, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining standards and improving service delivery.
