The Therapist provides direct therapeutic services to victims of intimate partner violence on an ongoing basis, as well as in crises. The Therapist is also responsible for participating in a team approach among staff to address the trauma, mental health and other clinical issues clients may present.
In collaboration with the Therapist Site-Lead, the Therapist ensures that the goals, objectives, and work effort of the staff at these sites are consistent with the mission of the House of Ruth Maryland and advances the agency and program’s strategic goals and objectives. This position is responsible for maintaining program integrity within the agency and in the community.
