Barrie School is seeking a Director who will collaborate with administrators, faculty, students, their families, and the community, to oversee and provide campus-wide guidance in the areas of: Health, as a part of the educational curriculum taught from K-12th grade; Wellness, as it pertains to the physical, social, and emotional well-being of all individuals within the school community; and Athletics, which includes the administration of all organized recreational and interscholastic sporting activities across the whole campus. This is a 12 month position.
Requirements

A university Bachelor’s degree, majoring in one or more areas of: physical education, health, or athletic administration

A Bachelor’s degree in education

TWO years of experience as an athletic director

THREE years of experience as a classroom teacher

Experience managing financial budgets for an organization

Certification as an athletic administrator by the NIAA
