TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Learning while Earning. Upon acceptance into our program, you will receive four to five months of intensive training on our products, applications and business lines at our global headquarters. You will have access to the very best equipment and learn cutting edge technologies
Go and Grow. Once your training period is complete, you will be assigned a territory of your own in one of the major cities throughout the U.S. International assignments may be available too, based on our business needs and your interest in relocating. Your primary responsibility will be to increase sales of HPG products, support our distributor partners in their pursuit of new opportunities, and to develop lasting, lucrative relationships with customers in your region.

Your experience with customer interaction, problem solving and solution selling puts you in position to follow any of a number of career paths, including sales management, engineering, product management, marketing and communications.
Prerequisites:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing related degree
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated and self-confident
• Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel 1-3 nights per week.
• Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
