EHS MANAGER

Position overview:
This position is directly responsible for managing, improving and coordinating all environment, health and safety (EHS) related issues within the Mason facility as the technical expert who manages and executes programs assisting the plant in achieving corporate goals for EHS performance and ensuring plant-wide compliance with EHS policies and applicable regulations.

Qualified candidates should be detail-oriented and have:

Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Health, and Safety Sciences (or related field with a minimum of 5 years EHS leadership experience)

Preferred: Master's degree

4+ Years of working in industrial environment with responsibilities in safety and Environmental functions.

Knowledge with EHS and Lean Principles

Strong Auditing & Risk Assessment experience, mechanical, electrical & environmental
-
Must be experienced with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RI&E, and reporting to authorities

Knowledge of administrative regulations, legislation, and procedures.

Federal and State EH&S laws and regulations
