Position Details
The National Partner Manager (NPM) is responsible for managing 3Eye’s strategic partnership with CDW. This person will work in close collaboration with stakeholders within 3Eye’s vendor community and at CDW, with the specific objective of meeting/exceeding quota, and diversifying revenue across 3Eye’s solution portfolio. These initiatives will be carried out by introducing 3Eye product lines, services and value with partner-first messaging, technical acumen, value-based selling and hustle. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives on networking, relationship building and delivering an excellent partner experience. The role requires a sales leader, who can develop and prioritize long-term, strategic growth initiatives, amongst short-term sales activities. A deep understanding of the channel, the CDW business model, methodical execution and follow-through and establishing an active presence on the CDW sales floor are keys to being successful in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and carry out a growth plan for CDW, that includes buy-in from stakeholders in 3Eye’s vendor community and within CDW.
  • Adhere to activity metrics pertaining to deal registrations, quote volumes, opportunity creation. Meticulous activity tracking in 3Eye’s CRM. Map activities to impact.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, forecasted accurately based on expected close date.
  • Drive use and adoption of 3Eye enablement tools within CDW.
  • Have technical proficiency in 3Eye vendor product lines and the mobile technology landscape at large. Know how to position 3Eye partners within the mobile landscape.
  • Effectively introduce, educate and train CDW organization on 3Eye, product lines, value added services, vendor programs, industry trends and market drivers.

  • 3+ years of Channel Account Management experience
  • Ability to teach and explain complex technology concepts in an easy-to-understand manner and connect technology with business impact
  • Ability to overcome objections and close deals
  • Exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of large account growth
