About the Role:
As an IT Solutions Prospecting Specialist, you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear—and the first impression they remember. Your job is to open doors, spark curiosity, and qualify leads for our IT sales team. You’ll research prospects, initiate contact through phone calls and emails, and set up meetings for our sales consultants. What You'll Do:
Identify and research potential business clients who could benefit from our IT solutions.
Initiate outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest.
Qualify leads by understanding pain points, timelines, and decision-making processes.
Schedule discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up-to-date.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
