Job Summary:

MoneyGuide, Inc. is looking for a Full Time Facilities Manager and Driver that will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance and security of the Powhatan Office and vehicles. This position will be driving the company vehicles as needed for executives and guests.  *Will require some early morning, late evening, and weekend work.  This role reports to the Executive Assistant of the President.

Job Responsibilities Include:

·         Primary contact for all vendors related to facilities management

·         Maintenance of the company facility and fleet

·         Research and retain vendors to complete and work related to facility and fleet maintenance

·         Driving company executives and guests as needed

·         Primary contact for any emergency calls related to fire and security

·         Fire Marshall for the company emergency protocols

·         Lifting heavy items/boxes, moving furniture and equipment.  

·         Audit and checks on all safety equipment and vehicles. 

 

Qualifications Include:

·         3+ years’ experience in Facilities Management  

·         Valid Virginia Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

·         Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet Research

·         Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

·         Basic knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.

·         Availability to respond and work outside of normal business hours

·         Skills in basic mechanics such as battery charging, changing tires, or checking oil.

·         Skills in basic plumping, carpentry, electrical repairs, and maintenance.

·         High School Diploma or GED
