Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to help maintain, secure, and improve the systems our team and clients rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and building stable, well-documented environments.

We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means we value clarity, accountability, and putting people in roles where they can do their best work.

What You’ll Do

Systems & Infrastructure Management

  • Administer and maintain Windows server environments

  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access

  • Support virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery processes

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security

Cloud & Platform Support

  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams)

  • Support identity, access controls, and security best practices

  • Assist with cloud migrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization

Security & Compliance

  • Apply patches, updates, and security controls

  • Assist with vulnerability remediation and system hardening

  • Follow documented standards and contribute to continuous improvement

Documentation & Process

  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation

  • Follow established processes and help improve them over time

  • Collaborate with other technical team members for escalations and projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365

  • Familiarity with virtualization, backups, and monitoring tools

  • Solid troubleshooting and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently

  • Professional, accountable, and team-oriented mindset


Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment

  • Exposure to Azure, networking, or security tooling

  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
