Core Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping (Primary Seat Accountability)
Own accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
Support payroll processing and related documentation as needed
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
Own month-end close activities and basic financial reviews
Office & Administrative Support (Secondary Seat Accountability)
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and office logistics
Assist with internal processes such as onboarding and employee records
Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects

What We’re Looking For
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and high personal accountability
Comfort using accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Ability to work independently and follow established processes
Professional, dependable, and trustworthy communication style
