What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

  • Sell Managed IT Services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, Microsoft 365, backup & disaster recovery, and related technology services.

  • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to signed agreement.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges and recommend technology solutions.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.

  • Collaborate with technical experts to develop customized solutions.

  • Consistently meet and exceed Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) goals.

  • Represent our company professionally in the local business community.


Skills:

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Proven success selling Managed IT Services (MSP).

  • Demonstrated experience selling recurring revenue (MRR) agreements.

  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development.

  • Experience managing a full sales cycle.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cloud, backup, and compliance solutions.

  • Experience using a CRM - Prior experience with Zoho a plus.

  • Existing business relationships within the local market are a plus.
