Position overview:
The Harris Products Group, a Lincoln Electric company, is seeking an ISO Coordinator to join our Quality team in Gainesville, Georgia. In this position, you will manage, produce, organize and update ISO documentation and distribute accordingly for the manufacture, purchase, distribution, and sale of Harris products. You will maintain the ISO Quality Management System for all facilities, coordinate and conduct audits, complete corrective actions and make recommendations in response to internal and external non-conformances and customer issues, and report progress and findings to the Quality Manager. In addition, you will prepare monthly reports for quality metrics, coordinate ISO training, and support the Engineering department and documentation system. The selected candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, take initiative and have superior problem-solving skills.

Qualified candidates must be quality-minded and possess:

Three years of hands-on document and change control experience working on quality system procedures, regulatory compliance, and controlled documentation plus two years’ experience working directly with ISO 9001; Associate’s degree in a business or technical field preferred.

Proficiency with MS Office programs and SAP or equivalent experience required; good working knowledge of MS Access databases preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross-functionally.

Familiarity with 5S methodologies and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Ability to simultaneously and timely execute multiple assignments of varying scope to ensure smooth work flow.

Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures with ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and technical specifications.

Practical problem solving ability and experience dealing with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
