Position overview:

grow your career as part of The Harris Products Group’s Supply Chain team located in Mason, OH. Reporting to
the Customs Compliance Manager, you will work in conjunction with the HPG Supply Chain and International Sales groups, as well as all other departments involved with international business to maintain compliance with all Customs regulations and other applicable government agencies.

Qualified candidates should be customer-focused professionals who possess:
-
A four year degree in International Business or related field plus minimum of three years related experience; or associate degree with a minimum of five years related experience.

Thorough understanding and extensive experience with Export Administration Regulations, export compliance documentation and export compliance audits is required.

Dealings with the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control), is required.

An awareness of import compliance, freight forwarder/customs brokerage, product classification, origin determination and Free Trade Agreement qualifications, is required.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced abilities in Excel;
experience with SAP a plus.

Good organizational and communication skills with
demonstrated follow-through ability.

Solid understanding of business math is a must.
