Description:

We have an opening to support our continued growth. Join our IT team that delivers world-class support for users across the North America and Europe. In this position you will:

* Assist with the creation and maintenance of strategic security requirements, policies, processes and road maps
Assist in design, implement and maintain technical security programs including Vulnerability and Threat Management, Data Loss Prevention, Security Event Monitoring and Response program
Protects computers, networks, software, data, and/or information systems against viruses, worms, spyware, malware, intrusion detection, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, and an ever-increasing list of attacks by hackers acting as individuals or as part of organized crime or foreign governments
Ensure security of the IT infrastructure, conduct periodic reviews of user IDs, protect the confidentiality and integrity of information, maintain the technical mechanisms and corresponding legitimate access
Using third party tools, participate in the performance of internal and external penetration testing to identify and address information system security vulnerability
Creates, implementation, and/or management of security tools, infrastructure and applications such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEMs. Analyzes and isolates issues
Analyze available data sources to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance network, system and data security
Perform accurate and precise real-time analysis and correlation of logs/alerts from a multitude of devices with a focus on the determination of whether said events constitute security incidents
Provide incident response support and identify and prioritize potential threats
Perform system monitoring, system auditing, and integrity check functions daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually as dictated in Information Security policies
Complete and deliver complex security reports to management in business terms
Assist in maintaining Information Security Document Library
Assist with the compliance of HIPAA, PCI, FERPA, DFARS, GDPR, etc.
Performs security forensic analysis on infected machines to determine if a breach occurred, how it occurred, and what the exposure the company may have
Assists with the creation of incident response plans and documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned


Skills:

Required Skills/Experience: 

* Associate's degree in technical related field or 10+ years in a similar position
* Experience troubleshooting, configuring, deploying, and administrating Microsoft networks with a windows domain.  
* Proven track record of delivering quality work and excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and on a consistent basis
* Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver effectively in a fast paced environment 
* Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills 
* Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner
* Reliable transportation and a clear driving record

Desired Skills/Experience: 
Bachelors degree in technical related field
* Prior experience IT Security experience
* Strong experience working in Security, Active Directory, Networking, & Systems Administration
* Certification in IT Security
