MGP is used by thousands of financial service professionals from small-size planning firms to large financial institutions. We strive daily to create great software and provide superior customer support to our users. As a member of the Development team, you will be involved in all aspects of internet software development - from design and coding through to testing and implementation on our production sites. Working for a small company affords the opportunity to work not only with front-end development, but also back-end and client-side development, plus architectural and algorithmic problems in between. Hands-off management allows you the freedom and flexibility to accomplish your goals while working independently and as part of a team under the direction of a Senior Developer.

Successful candidates will have a thirst and passion for software development and learning new technologies. B.S. degree in Computer Science with at least 3 years of coding experience and a strong knowledge of .NET and C# required. Team-player attitude and willingness to take initiative and project ownership is a must.
