Accent Consulting is seeking a full-time Outside IT Sales Consultant to assist in growing our client base for Managed IT services, consulting, and support in the Greater Denver area. This sales professional must have excellent phone and communication skills, a strong professional network, a sharp professional appearance, good time management and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a good work ethics. Previous successful sales or telemarketing experience is a must. Building relationships, gathering information, consulting with our prospects and clients, and helping to close sales will be the cornerstone of your success.  

In this position you will help Accent expand into a new region and establish our first office in Colorado.     

Prior IT experience is preferred, but not required.  We have a talented IT team that will assist with any technical questions or IT assessments that may be required. If you have a good work ethic, driven by the need to succeed, and a positive can-do attitude we will provide all of the training required to make you successful in this position.  

Compensation is comprised of a base salary and very high commission rate.

Key Accountabilities:

• Contact, qualify, and schedule new customer appointments for outside sales activities.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone or electronically. Follow up on leads and referrals promptly
• Update sales activities and client data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database
• Aid in marketing campaigns to increase sales revenue
• Provide key information and data to drive sales             
• Assist in placing orders in system
• Attend business expo events to promote company and increase sales opportunities
• Proactively learn our business and continually sharpen your sales skills

 Required Skills/Experience: 

• Sales experience, telemarketing, or similar communications experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required; college education preferred
• Must have experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Experience using a CRM and other productivity software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and on a consistent basis
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver effectively in a fast paced environment 
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner
