Position overview:

Accurately records production, scrap and inventory sheets
-
Setups and operates all flux manufacturing equipment and understands the mixing process.

Used Kanban system to order raw materials or parts for equipment
-
Recognizes different flux types and acceptable products by physical appearance
-
Ability to identify problems in flux being mixed, determine the cause, and correct the situation

Understands and follows the correct guidelines of the material safety data sheets for all products used.

Uses proper material labeling methods

Ability to perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance including lubrication

Fills out work order completely and legibly
-
Uses equipment and tools assigned to ensure meeting products specifications

Reports any product or quality problems to supervisor immediately

Follows all safety and emergency procedures

Keeps work area, tools and machinery clean

Qualified candidates should demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and possess:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
-
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
-
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Physically capable to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record with flexibility to work overtime if needed.

Ability to pass background check, drug screen and physical.

Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Work demands occasional strenuous effort. For example, handling of moderately heavy boxes, tools, equipment or materials; walking/climbing or sitting/standing in a fixed position for extended periods of time; working around moving parts/machines; working with irritant chemicals, etc. Employee is required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, coats, boots, gloves, or shields; may require working in adverse weather conditions.
