Position
overview:
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately and timely
collecting and processing time & attendance information, administering
insurance and health benefits, act as a liaison between employees, insurance providers, and corporate payroll staff to resolve benefits / payroll related issues. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the HR function as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, new hire and benefit data entry) and generate various monthly reports. Contribute
to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualified
candidates should demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and possess:
-
A High School Diploma or general education degree
(GED) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in either payroll/time and attendance,
benefits, or human resources; experience in all areas preferred.

Preferred: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP),
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), or Associate’s Degree in Business
or related field.
- Strong technical skills including a high-level of
proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

A customer-focus with a strong, demonstrated background
in providing unmatched customer service.

Exceptional organization skills with ability to record,
track, and maintain accurate files and data entries while ensuring data
integrity; accurate and timely processing of payroll reports, benefit
information, time and attendance records, and invoices is required.

Superior written and verbal communication skills
with a strong talent in data entry.

A strict focus on maintaining data
confidentiality and accommodating appropriate retention guidelines.

Confidence and knowledge to exercise independent
judgment while staying up-to-date on federal/state laws and regulations.
