Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for small graphic design projects in Adobe Indesign. This role will also be required to create PowerPoint presentations, order supplies, conduct research and help manage vendors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Project Management: develop and maintain dashboard to communicate and help manage projects
- Marketing material ordering, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotes and providing designs
- Update and order business cards as needed
- Update questionnaires / other marketing material as determined by the Lead Visual Designer
- Update PowerPoints and manage PowerPoint software/vendor
- Schedule and coordinate video interviews and headshots
- Research and manage vendors, including the print fulfillment vendor
- Monitor and handle correspondence through the Marketing voicemail and email box
- Assist Event Coordinator with shipping of equipment and materials to events and conferences
- Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator by creating Email/Social media graphics
- Assist with the writing, design and testing of the internal and external newsletters
- Review, append, post internal/external knowledge base articles
