Essential Functions

• Engage families is program services and activities that promote school readiness, parenting skills, knowledge and confidence.
• Assist families in establishing and pursing goals that enhance personal growth and connections to the community.
• Organize events in response to family needs and interests.
• Deliver relationship-based home visits and enrollment meetings that are responsive to family needs.
• Provide families with resource information and referrals to agency and community support as needed.
• Complete monthly reports, documentation, and track family progress.
• Ensure compliance with Bauer policies, state licensing, and Head start Program performance standards
• Attend twice-monthly staff meetings, monthly Professional Development Days, quarterly All-Agency meetings, and annual Pre-Service.
• Bilingual preferred

Must be 19.5 years of age or older.

Education/Certification/Licensure:

• Associates degree in social work, human services, counseling or other related field
• Valid Driver's license
• Bilingual preferred
• 1-2 years previous experience required
