Position overview:

As Receptionist / Customer Service, you will provide visitors and callers a friendly and welcoming experience when interacting with the organization in order to promote strong business relationships and increased business and sales opportunity. Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, as well as answering and /or referring inquiries. Manage Customer Service inbox to ensure that orders have been entered and customer inquiries have been completed. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Expert utilization of a multi-line phone system and console operation. Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results based on department needs.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and possess:

• A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), minimum of 1 year of clerical experience preferred.

• A passion for establishing / building rapport while providing exemplary customer service.

•  A high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

•  A customer-focus with a strong, demonstrated background in providing unmatched customer service.

•  Exceptional organization skills.

•  Expert ability to operate a multi-line phone system, screen and appropriately route internal and external calls.
