Position overview:

This position will manage the demand side of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Responsible for creating and managing the execution of a dynamic master production schedule that maximizes material availability when promised to customers. This responsibility will also include the accurate and timely planning of the Casting recipes along with the timely replenishment of raw materials. The Demand Fulfillment Manager will also optimize inventory levels that align with inventory turn targets as well as SIOP plans during periods where demand exceeds supply. Finally, the Demand Fulfillment Manager will also be the technology lead for the manufacturing team including better utilization of technology to enhance productivity and accuracy of data as well as the maintenance of master data on behalf of Mason products. This position is critical for achieving customer service, plant efficiency and inventory objectives. Completes these tasks by performing the following duties personally or through others. 

Qualified candidates must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management and five to seven years of related experience in Planning / Scheduling and/or Inventory Management in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent computer skills; effective written and verbal communication; ability to simultaneously execute multiple assignments; problem solving and project management.

• Strongly prefer APICS and SAP experience

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
