Position overview:
As Administrative Assistant-Sales, you will support the Director of Sales and Marketing of the Americas and Managing Director of International Business along with other members of the sales and marketing team in the completion of administrative functions. As a valued and trusted member of the team, you will serve as a liaison between customers, management, operations, and the HPG sales force. You will assist Directors with Special Pricing Requests, maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars, complete and submit expense reports, and organize and support conference calls, Webex, and customer meetings. In addition, you will complete assigned projects, perform accurate sales analysis and monthly reporting, and manage correspondence as appropriate.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and possess:
- An Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field plus 5 years’ experience supporting executive level management; prefer Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese or Spanish required; prefer a candidate who is trilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Strong technical skills including a high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT); prefer additional knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a strong talent in creating professional correspondence and handling logistics.
- A customer-focus with a strong, demonstrated background in providing unmatched customer service.
- Exceptional organization skills with ability to record, track, and maintain accurate files while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality; accurate and timely processing of reports, invoices, and analytics.
- Ability to take ownership and exercise independent judgment while staying up-to-date on regulations and company policies.
