What Will You Do?
Sales Administrator serves as a liaison between retail stores, field service representatives, all departments, and across all sales organizations for WCTA. You will coordinate visits to stores and provide the sales, service, and marketing teams with support material and data. You will maintain files and perform a wide range of administrative functions day-to-day.
Qualified candidates should possess a dependable work ethic and have:
· An Associate’s degree or related technical degree with previous sales or customer service experience.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP a plus.
· Good organizational and communication skills with ability to maintain accurate files and data entries.
· Ability to collect, analyze, and submit documentation to reconcile disputes.
· Strong tracking and recording ability for creating and maintaining logs, spreadsheets, schedules, etc.
· Ability to prepare reports and presentation booklets timely as well as execute on-time shipping of products, documents, and materials.
· Multi-tasking capability with no opposition to quickly shifting priorities.
