Must be 21 years of age or older.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology,
sociology or a directly related human service field from an accredited college
OR Other Bachelor’s degrees will be accepted in combination with a minimum of
three years experience working directly with families in a human service field.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents
such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure
manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak
effectively before groups of clients or employees of organizations.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar
graphs.
Reasoning Abiltiy: Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive
variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with
several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: Ability to use Work Processing software;
Spreadsheet software and database software.
Licenses: Must have or obtain a valid Indiana
driver’s license.
