PIEtech, Inc. is seeking a motivated Financial Mathematician to focus on cash-flow based calculations. This position is part of our Analyst Team, a highly collaborative group involved in the research, design, and testing of our financial planning software.
Primary roles and responsibilities include the following:
- Research financial concepts and trends related to the financial planning industry
- Design cash-flow based calculators for financial planning
- Develop mathematical and statistical models for cash-flow based financial planning calculators
- Test math models for functionality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with the Business Analysts for client requirements and feedback on user experience and user interface
- Work with developers to ensure correct implementation of calculations
- Organize deliverables, demo features and manage client satisfaction
