General Summary: Achieves maximum sales, growth and account penetration by effectively communicating the benefits of our financial planning technology solutions.
CORE FUNCTIONS :
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a consultative approach.
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
- Develop tactical consultative relationships with Financial Advisors (FA), broker dealers, registered investment advisory firms, custodians, technology partners, branch office managers and sales managers to obtain and grow market share of PIEtech products and services
- Delivers clear and consultative sales demonstrations and webinars
- Partner with FAs to understand and grow their business; share expertise, knowledge and best practices as it relates to the FA’s business model; profile FAs by asking appropriate questions and provide creative product and service solutions based on profiled needs
- Participate/speak at industry and firm conferences, seminars and roundtables to educate and provide information on financial concepts; demonstrate points of product and service differentiation and strategically position PIEtech, Inc. as a long-term partner
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities through the reading of pertinent literature
- Utilize SalesForce, Meridian-IQ, and partner relationships and other information sources to identify and develop opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with FA’s, branch office managers, sales managers, appropriate centers of influence who may assist in more broadly educating FA’s
- Partner with other Account Managers and Relationship managers to capitalize on qualified Advisor leads
- Meet/exceed sales goals on a monthly basis
- Travel up to 30% of the time
