Division - Program: Food Services
Description: Assist in providing a comprehensive food service program by performing the following duties.
- Ensure all Head Start, CACFP, State Licensing, and NAEYC guidelines are met.
- Cook food in quantities according to age, menu and number of persons to be served.
- Ensure all food items are maintained at the proper temperature.
- Serve meals to children in a classroom setting.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of food and kitchen supplies
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Complete assigned paperwork
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED and one to three months of related experience and/or training.
