Bauer Family Resources’ rich heritage traces back to 1929 when a probation officer, Grace Bauer, saw the need to provide services that would divert youth from trouble with the law. Though our agency has undergone significant challenges, growth and changes throughout the years, Grace’s original passion, mission and resilience remains at the very heart of Bauer Family Resources. Today, with just 150 employees, Bauer Family Resources is able to impact the lives of over 10,000 individuals every year.
