Key Accountabilities:
- Motivate and manage a sales & marketing team
- Continue a culture of success
- Coach, train, develop, and hold accountable staff based on performance metrics with each team member daily/weekly (calls, appointments, emails, etc)
- Ensure monthly expectations in revenue, gross margin, business mix and documented sales activities are met
- Creates development plans for sales professionals which includes individual training needs for both product and solution selling skills
- Responsible for helping Team maximize all product & services offered
- Responsible for identifying, recruiting, interviewing and hiring potential sales candidates as needed
- Execute one-on-ones, sales meetings and ride a longs for outside sales team development
- Establish and maintain close contact with customers and prospects in assigned geography
- Ensure that all approved sales initiatives, contests and promos are appropriately implemented and progress is tracked
- Uphold and implement company core values and ethics
- Other duties as assigned. Leadership reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have prior sales or telemarketing experience in B2B sales
- Must have experience managing a B2B sales team
- Must have exceptional sales performance and proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Ability to coach, lead, and inspire the sales team to achieve greatness
- Strong relationship management skills with staff, customers and vendors within the organization
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Must be able to meet sales quotas and deadlines, while prioritizing conflicting demands
- Ability to handle and manage stress and pressure
- Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decision
- Computer and technology literacy required
- Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel
- Able to travel to all Accent locations, customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice
- Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
- Valid driver's license with minimum level of company auto insurance required.
