Bauer Family Resources has been delivering community based services to at-risk children and their families since 1929. The organization was formed as the result of one woman's desire to keep children from becoming involved in the court system. This vision evolved over time to working with the families of at-risk children and the community.
Child-centered, family-focused intervention services are provided to families in Benton, Carroll, White, Clinton, Fountain, Warren, and Tippecanoe counties. Services are designed to overcome the risk factors associated with children abuse and neglect, educate and strengthen families. Services are provided through the lens of child safety with an emphasis on the family strengths and protective factors that can be leveraged to ensure children are safe. Services include case management, supervised visitation, and Fatherhood Engagement. Completes number of direct service hours. Agrees to work variable days/hours to provide adequate services to the family. This includes some evenings and weekends.
