E-COMMERCE ANALYST | WCTA

The Harris Products Group is seeking a digitally savvy, experienced B2B & B2C marketing practitioner with exceptional administrative and communication skills to support online product and sales strategies for retail websites. Position overview:

The E-Commerce Analyst for our retail division WCTA (Welding, Cutting, Tools and Accessories) will assist with producing, maintaining, and managing all product content for use by both internal and external customers. You will analyze the content and performance of our retail customers’ e-commerce sites and maintain products in customer based programs (i.e., Commerce Hub, Home Depot Link, Northern Tool, Grainger, etc.)  Additionally, you will manage the creation of content for product catalogs and utilize various content management systems to update data.  This role will also be responsible for performing a wide range of daily administrative functions.

Qualified candidates must be highly detailed, self-directed, and possess:

·      Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience or 5 years of equivalent experience and training.

·      Experience with vendor management systems, digital marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising.

·      High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

·      Experience with SQL and Adobe products strongly preferred (i.e. Adobe Analytics & Workspace).

·      Technical aptitude and agility to learn database systems and web-based platforms (i.e. JMP/SAS, BrightEdge, Google AdWords).

·      Proven record of working with, supporting, and differentiating major consumer brands in the digital space.

·      Solid organizational and communication skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally.

·      Accurate data entry into spreadsheets, web content software, SAP, customer databases, and other programs where product data resides.

·      Strength in approaching problems systematically, researching alternatives, and analyzing data to make recommendations in the evaluation and execution of stock or product changes.

·      Well developed and professional presentation skills.

·      Multi-tasking capability with no opposition to quickly shifting priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
