THE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL WHO:

Has a proven fundraising track record of successful leadership in major gifts, capital campaigns, annual fund, and the solicitation of major gifts. Stands ready and eager to facilitate donor relationships with senior school leaders and faculty, working behind-the-scenes to cultivate Head of School relationships with key donors. An ideal candidate would also have experience in working with parent volunteers to steward a vibrant spring auction.

Can build strong working partnerships with parents, alumni, and colleagues to build a culture and excitement for philanthropy throughout the school. Warmth, strong organizational skills, humility, keen emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong work ethic are essential for success.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience, and will include an robust vacation
